InLine’s Class Action Automation division is currently working with law firms organizing claimant submissions for the VIOXX Settlement. Our data management systems improve the quality of data entry, therefore increasing the accuracy of claimant submissions. The customized software for the VIOXX case has been combined with document linking/scanning capabilities, allowing law firms to stay organized while completing claims and collecting settlements.
InLine has developed a comprehensive claimant database management tool that will help you lower your administrative costs, increase efficiency and will put you in a prime position to handle a settlement or disbursement if awarded. The product is highly refined following two years of use in one of the largest settlements in Alabama history. Our close development work on other cases has produced a broad appeal foundation that will support most case types. GIS integration, hardware and software, remote access and other features are available as well.
Class Action Automation
InLine has designed the complete claimant data collection and management software for class action settlements. Class Action Automation is a web-based product that can manage settlements of any size from the initial phases of class assembly to building a customized disbursement database for settlement administration.
Uniform Data Collection
Ensuring that firms are collecting quality data is vital to the management and organization of class assembly. Class Action Automation was designed to reduce the exhausting task of claimant data collection and tracking. Simplifying data collection to one centralized uniform database will allow firms, attorneys, and third-party users to access and enter claimant data with ease.

Barcode scanning technology will enable you to utilize tracking features to update claimant data on a real time basis. This allows all parties to view the contents of claimant files online from multiple locations. Class Action Automation will also provide claimant form building training and formatting that will shorten the processing time of claimant correspondence. Pre-printed bar codes on claimant forms will provide tracking capabilities to minimize the cost of processing.
Payment Modeling
InLine’s team of CPAs and programmers will assist your firm in designing optional payment models to ensure that claimants are compensated in a fair and equitable way. Data Center

Our Cisco powered network actively routes your traffic and delivers packets to their destination by the fastest route, automatically bypassing congested links and broken connections. InLine’s Data Center is one of the only fiber-based multi-homed networks in the area.
